I'm a CPA for an oil and gas company in Houston and live north of the city out in Cypress. I certainly enjoy the woodworking craft when time allows, both my father and father-in-law are avid woodworkers so I supppose it is somewhat in my DNA. I'm a weekend hobbyist for the most part, but when the "boss" allows, I try to get outside to the shop during the week as well. I'm still very much a novice woodworker and continue to learn something new with each project I complete.

Hey Nathan, I figured it was about time to join the community, lord knows I perused all the great looking projects on here from time to time to get some ideas. I’m sure I’ll learn a thing or two along the way, I’ve got a long ways to go till I considered myself a seasoned woodworker. I’ve got all 10 fingers still so that’s one accomplishment…
