Quick intro. I am an attorney and IT executive looking to learn some woodworking for relaxation and to build ou. t things for around the house. Ultimately, my goal is to get good enough to build an old fashioned wooden runabout. Not that I expect anyone here to be boatbuilders, but I do need lots of direction – especially in what tools to buy. I just got a router table and biscuit joiner for the project I am currently working on – an entire all of builtins and desk area for my 5 year olds room.
