        <![CDATA[<p><img alt="My first three projects" src="http://lumberjocks.com/assets/pictures/projects/13779-196x130.jpg" /></p><p>The bookshelf was first.  Didn&#8217;t know any better than to angle back the end of the shelf supports.  You can see them under the shelves.  Oh well it holds books.  Next was the trundle bed.  My daughters really wanted this bunkbed, but of all the ones we looked at, it was the only one that didn&#8217;t have a trundle bed option.  Of course, I said, well I&#8217;ll just build you one.  Easier said than done.  I soon realized why they didn&#8217;t offer one.  I had 1/4&#8221; clearance on each end.  Had use use 1/4&#8221; ply on the ends reinforced with maple (I think, anyway it was scrap that a friend gave to me).  The mattress is snug but it&#8217;s in there fine.  Finally the Kitty condo, made totally from scrap except for the large sisal rope wrapped around the 4X4 post.  Even the &#8220;Tunnel&#8221; was an old trash can that I cut the bottom out of.  Once I get my workshop finished I hope to put some better projects on here.  Anyone ever built a fooseball table?</p>]]>
