I received my autographed Dennis Zongker boot tonight.

A great looking book with some real nice tips on how to do some of the cutting and gluing up.

Thanks the the new skills I’m about to learn.

How did you order a signed edition? I checked Dennis’ website but it linked to the publisher.

One of the email woodworking links that I get had a link to order the book for a discount and that it would be signed. I’ll try to find it.

OK I found the link

http://www.midwestwoodworkers.com/products/mww-99923/

they were selling the book for a discount and for the option of having it signed.

it was in the Woodworking Network Daily newsletter dated Sept 16, 2013. I don’t know if it’s still a valid option but give it a try.

Their link is.

Karson, Thanks for the link, but the PayPal is hinky and would not accept my payment so I guess I’ll have to pass on this book. John

I ordered mine the other day and it came in late last week. It’s an amazing book with techniques that I don’t have in any of my books and has a lot of detail as well. Dennis does fabulous work. I’m not up to trying any of these right now.

I ordered mine from Amazon and it was here before I knew it. It’s a great book, Dennis. I hope it won’t be your last.

Thank you very much, Charles.

I’m very happy you like it, I think that it’s always a big fear, that if other woodworkers will like it or not.

Fine woodworking has asked me to write an other book. I think I’m going to wait to see how well this one does.

Update: Just order directly through Taunton Press after receiving a very nice message from Dennis. I’m looking forward to reading this book as I’ve been an admirer of Dennis’ carving!
