I just received this e-mail from Ernie Conover. I’ve never taken any of his classes I had just signed up for e-mail notifications.

There are still openings in out new Hollow Forms and Boxes Class August 13 to 17. This will be a great class as King and I plan to have each participant make some specialized tools for hollowing. We have found that we can make as good or better tools as you can buy, at a fraction of the cost. In addition to gaining a few tools for your kit you will have a great week of turning. This class is real skill builder! If you have any questions do not hesitate to email or call us at (440) 548-3491.

With best regards,

Ernie Conover

Great offer, but a little far away for me. I would like to see those tools that they make.

I’ve done the drive home from Ohio (flew out, drove back) – a little too much time to spend in the car for me (though I could take my wife through NY wine country, that’s worth the trip….) nah, I think I’ll catch him next time he’s out in closer parts…
