This is the construction details for my table for the LumberJocks / Popular Woodworking Challenge.
Dads sub series for the tables that our family were going to make was the ”The Uniqueness of Wood”. We all tried to make tables from unique wood. I selected Curly Beech.

Other Projects in this series are Dan's Yellow Birch, Dave's Cherry Table, and Dad’s Goncalo Alves and Dad’s “Twins”: http://lumberjocks.com/projects/1449.

The Blogs are “Dad’s #1”: http://lumberjocks.com/jocks/Karson/blog/601, “Dad’s #2, Dad’s #3, Dad’s #4, Dad’s #5.
Dan’s Yellow Birch.

These are the aprons for all of the tables, mine are under the Black Popular Twin.

The breadboards with the Blackwood pegs.

The shelf supports for all six tables. Mine are second from the bottom.

These are the shelves for the six tables. Mine is lower left.

A close up of the figure in the curly Beech in the shelf.

This is the top of my table.

My table is in the front right

The two on the left are my dad’s, then Dan’s (guitarfreak), Then Dave’s, Front row is dad’s and mine is on the front right.

That’s some great figured lumber! The surface shimmers all over – looks great!
