I bought an after-market fence from Sears for the ‘ole Model 113 table saw. I just had the stock one and it was pretty so-so at best.

With shipping this was $140 and from the looks, fit & finish, it’s a bargain. It’s 24-30 (left & right cut capacity) – I doubt I’ll ever use the fence on the left side, though.

Really kinda dresses the ‘ole girl up, I think.

First test cut was perfect.

What is the brand of the fence?

It’s from Sears. Part # 9-29910.

Thanks. Was the installation easy. Did you have to drill supplementary holes? The stock fence on mine runs true. I have used it for 33 years, but I have thought I might upgrade it some day. I paid $400 for a brand new 113. For $140 it might be a bargain.

Installation was a breeze. I did have to bore out the bolt holes on the stamped wings of the saw. It had 1/4-20NC bolts and the new ones were 5/16-18NC. I also was short two square head bolts but came up with substitutes in my stash of hardware.

The instructions were good – and correct. Took me an hour to hour and half to do the install.
