Incredible Quality made in USA
Vintage Grinder-hand powered. If you do much sharpening, you know how valuable a hollow ground tool is. Using a low speed grinder is a way to grind your tool safely without losing the steel’s temper. Also, it is easier to grind accurately at low speed.Anyone who has attended inside passage school of fine cabinetmaking knows about hand crank grinders, and how wonderful it is to have a hollow ground blade to sharpen.the problem has always been finding a good quality grinder, as the han...
Teaching a class at Lee Valley
I want to start by saying I enjoyed myself and I think the students left with better hand tool and dovetail skills than they started with. I had many handshakes and smiles at the end, so I hope everyone feels that they got their moneys worth of instruction. Now the critique. there was a critique form for the students, but not for me. awesome sculpting tool

Not from amazement or anything like that, but to tell her to never get them for me. Apparently she pays as much attention as i would to her new shoes, because just short weeks later they arrived. Smiling and being thankful, I put them all in the tool roll, and tossed ...
