Since 2003 I have moved to a different place every year, so the fact that I am now semi-settled with a house, dog, normal life etc is a little jarring, but I can finally get back to woodworking. I work in my basement/garage, and cold as it may be, it has plenty of room and I can do basically whatever I want there.
Almost all of the tools in the shop were found on Craigslist. I’ve found that when it comes to good deals on tools, good things do come to those who wait.
Over the past year I’ve outfitted the shop, but since that was a pretty gradual process, I’m uploading some pics that show the progression. Some are long pics that I stitched together, so click em to see the long version.

Josh, it looks like you have a pretty good start on your shop. Early on I tried to use my miter saw and planer as you currently do and it did not take long for me to work up some shop cabinets so I can well understand where you are coming from. Keep us posted on your updates.
Thanks for the tour.
