There is an easier, faster, and depending on the length of your square, potentially more accurate method to align your sled fence than the 5-cut method. Use a dial indicator and a square.

You can read the error in your alignment as you make adjustments to its position on the fly with high accuracy w/o making test cuts and wasting plywood.

Jordan,
I thought your video was outstanding. You made it look fairly easy and making it look nice was very important. I will keep that project in mind when it comes time for me to construct a sled of my own.
