About me
Born in San Diego, served in the Army, did basic at Fort Dix NJ and AIT at Fort Gordon GA. Shipped off to Panama where I met my wife of 20 years. Left the Army in 1991. We have 3 children. I am a Land Surveyor full time and I play in the shop when I can and work at The Patriot Woodworker. I love country and blue grass music. I with a handful of good folks run www.thepatriotwoodworker.org helping our disabled vets through fundraising and volunteerism.

Thanks again guys for the wonderful welcome, for the second time! I was on Lumberjocks about two years ago for a short spell and I got side tracked. And you all welcomed me wonderfully at that time. I tried signing on to my old profile but I forgot what I was calling myself! Thanks all, glad to be here.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a little over a year ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…

Wisty
