Have new house with basement and garage. My list of tools to purchase just seems to be getting longer and longer. Dad had a workshop in the basement and I was always down there working on something or "helping" him with something. Later we did a handful of projects together where I did the basic designs, he fine tuned them and we worked on them together. The stereo cabinet and computer desk were the most memorable.

I have a bunch of projects I want to do and the house is too freshly moved in for me to have room to start getting things setup. Still too many boxes laying around and not enough things have found their final resting places for me to be able to setup shop.

Wish me luck.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a few months ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…
