Having a Senior Moment....Help?

I remember Wood Magazine with a plan for something like this but it was definitely a few years ago, so I don’t know which issue it was in, sorry.

The official name is: Rockler U.S. State Quarter Collection Board Plan
It sold for $ 10.95
