« Part 1: Virtual Greene & Greene Part 2 of Greene & Greene design adventure series no next part

I have the fun part (figuring out how to do it) of this project done and its all plain work now. I suppose that is why its been sitting in my shop like this for 5+ years now.

I think you can figure out how I did the checker board detail from this picture:

Under what is really one of the bed’s side rails is a sheet of the patterns I used to cut out the L-shaped do-dads and drill the holes for the dowels.

Maybe I’ll never finish this? I still don’t have the embelllishments right but it will look something like this when done.

I would love to see this come together in a well documented blog. I have been wanting to do some G&G furniture for some time, but I shall have to live vicariously through others for the time being.

I would also like to see this come together in a blog. It would be very interesting.

Maybe if I join the ranks of the unemployed, I can make that happen. Until then I would love to share any of what I have done with you. Just tell what you would like to know more about. Thanks for your interest!
