It isn’t much to look at and it is only about 400 sq. ft. but it serves my needs. Let the chips fall where they may. Two 4×7’ skylights made out of sliding glass doors really help cut down on lighting needs.

Joe, this is a pretty nice shop that you have. I have always thought that having a stand alone shop is the way to go. It makes using power tools and applying finishes easier to do without bothering other family members (I get yelled at if I run my planer before my wife is out of bed). :) You have some windows in there which admit natural light into your shop- always a plus in my book. And I like the way you have moved your lumber storage overhead to free up space in the shop while making efficient use of space that would not otherwise get used.

Thanks for posting pictures of your shop. I enjoyed the tour.

And I complained about my shop being to small. I’ll not do that again. Nice shop Joe. Easy to heat a small area for winter eh? Good luck.
