Just joined…
Thanks to all for the welcomes that I have already received via e-mail…
After 25 years as a custom home builder I ‘retired’ 5 years ago and took over the woodworking/carpentry program at our local high school. (Central VA).
My course of study is actually an accredited Carpentry program but I use woodworking daily to promote strong quality/craftsmanship ethics and pride in their work.
LJ will be a great resource for my students.
Unfortunately because of student issues, website videos are blocked by our school web security programs.
As LJ vids are not downloadable, if anyone would be willing to share their vids with me, I would love to use them in my class.
I look forward to contributing to the site.

All the best,
Joe Novack

Hi Joe.. welcome to LJ and thanks for teaching kids that square and plumb are not only good carpentry, but also good ways to behave.
