delta contractor saw upgrade and workstation build #1: new fence for delta 36-650
well this is the first blog post of my woodworking carreer. i bought this delta 36-650 contractor in pretty bad shape in march. tore it down cleaned as much rust as i could off oiled it up and painted the base. it came with the original crappy pot...

I agree with everyone that it sounds a bit high. Keep your eye on Ebay too. There are a lot of good deals there if you are willing to keep checking the website for them. A few years ago I bought my Powermatic 14” bandsaw brand new for $585 on Ebay and that including shipping. I didnt get the extra blades or riser block, but it was a great deal anyway.
