I finally finished my rocking chair that was made from reclaimed oak from a wagon shed. The plans were from an article that Paul Sellers did in 2005. The Rocker was beyond my abilities then and I saved the magazines for a future build. Earlier this year I came across the magazines and decided to start making the Rocker. After starting ,Paul Sellers begain a project on the Rocker in his Masterclass while I built it following the article and was ahead of the videos I quickly became aware that the videos were superior than building from an article.

This is the finished results,I mostly used hand tools except for the rockers that were cut on the band saw and they were cut from black locust a questionable choice.

Looking good, I bet that is a comfortable chair to watch TV in.

Really a nice looking chair. How does it feel to sit in?
