Dear All
Aprox. 10 years ago, I purchased this chaise lounge, while living in Hong Kong, at a Maitland Smith Shop. Having moved around the world, I am now back in Switzerland…. and my poor chaise lounge has finally said “no more” to all the shipping it had to withstand. A leg has now broken – and its impossible to find anyone who can replicate the broken leg. I have received a letter from Mailtland smith, confirming that they cannot help me (no spare parts available).

It know its not the forum to find someone, but its a last resort – since I have found on this forum soemone who has actually created something similar (chris1228 )

Is anyone out there willing to help me? I have attached images, and can send then the sizes/specs to you.

many thanks
Jasmin SwissGal

If you can’t make one yourself any competent woodworker can. I would think that there are many of them in Switzerland. This leg wouldn’t be a difficult part to replicate. Check in your phone directory for custom cabinet or furniture makers. Good luck.
