A coat of primer followed by 4 coats of gloss black enamel from a spray can finished the base. The slab has 2 coats of water-borne polyurethane on the bottom side and the top has 6 coats of poly.

Apologies for the crappy cell phone pics – I’ll get some new ones when I post it as a finished project.
