In and out of the shop #1: Kane Carving
Hello all. I am back…. Well…. Sort of. Okay, here’s the story. I finally got the chance to get back into the shop and start some projects for the farmers market. I was finishing up some built in shelves for a customer when my back went out. OH YES! It went way out. 3 ruptured disk L-3 L-4 and L-5. Stenosis of the L-5 S-1 vertebra with the disk at that same spot blown out are compressing the nerves of my left leg. Sciatic nerve for those of you who may not know is the main nerve that run down the legs to the feet. For me this is the left. Pain, tingling, burning and numbness are the sensations I deal with from my left buttock to my left foot. And on occasion my right side...
