Super Simple Sitting Bench

This isn’t my project so I can’t post it in the projects section. But anyway, one of my viewers took my 2×4 bench plan and made a much simpler version. I took his version and made a downloadable PDF plan. For those who are interested in this super simple sitting bench here is the link:

I’m a big fan of your work. I have you on watch list and every time you do something I receive notice. I really like your skills and vocal annotations when using sketch up because they are super educational. I often recreate your work in sketch up for sketch up practice.

Now to the project. Something is catching my eye here. It looks like the legs are connected to the bench at 90 degrees. If that was the case then the bench would not be as strong or long lasting, lets say, if the legs were coming in at opposing angles or in other words angled out a little bit on each side. That is what I see from the photos but I could be wrong.
