No complaints so far. My shop is in a small 4 unit building which is completely vacant. The complex has 19 buildings scattered around with about 40 or so feet in between units. I am courteous of when I am in the shop as well. I wont cut after 9pm and no earlier than 7am. I live in a college town so there are thousands of vehicles with loud music. My saws produce no where near the noise of these kids with vehicles.
As far as them letting me, I build for the complex as well. I need my saws for outdoor furniture for the complex as well as apartment renovations.
Thanks for the comments :)
