Hi Dick,

I must have the newer version of the manual and it does say 1/32 but I’d been thinking along the same lines as you. After cutting various species and thicknesses today, I could see the blade wandering a little more than I thought it should. The other thing I have to take care of is to calibrate the tension guide. I know it’s way out of whack. I think I’ll tighten up my tolerances on the bearing guides tomorrow and see what kind of luck I have then.

Thanks,
Jack in Evansville, Indiana
