built me the biggest shop the county would allow. Wanted a 30×30 but that wasn’t going to fit in the space so went with a 24×24x11. getting ready to paint Sunday. been building out of a small 15×21x7 garage for three years so I was excited to get the ok from my wife to build new. already enjoying the space even though it isn’t done yet..more pictures to come!

Congratulations on the shop space! Even though you didn’t get the go-ahead with the size you dreamed of, you are nearly doubling your sq ft. That is going to make the first few months of crafting so much more enjoyable. To actually have room to move around your tools is amazing. Of course now that you have all that space its time to buy more tools!
Did you plan for any storage above the shop ceiling? Is your OSB ceiling at 11’ or ±9?

The guy in the first picture holding up the fence has the same job as I do! :)

Congratulations on your shop – well done!
