Crosscut Sled

This video features a new crosscut sled built for my shop. Inspiration for this sled came form books in my library and countless Internet searches. This is a simple project for the shop that will increase safety, speed and accuracy of crosscuts on the table saw. Construction is simple with a MDF base, maple fences, Incra Miter Bars and T-Track. Outfeed table in the making update #3 ... slowly but surely.

I’ve been sick of using the 12” wide outfeed roller stand for over a year now so I’m finally making a fold down outfeed table that’ll only add about an inch to the depth of my saw cabinet when the table is folded down.
