Possible Maker Marks

I asked my 3 oldest kids, along with my niece, to come up with maker marks for me to choose from. They each filled a sheet of paper with ideas based around these criteria: my initials (I.J.) and possibly Bad Back Wood Working (I developed some lower back issues sometime ago), it also had to be around a couple inches square. I noticed that a few of them include the current year or the year I started woodworking, I thought that was a nice idea, which they came up with on their own.

I chose a top 3 from each child’s sheet of designs, those are marked by the stars. I have some tough choices ahead of me, some of their ideas are mighty pleasing to the eye!

I figure I will get my favorite design turned into a stamp, which I will apply to my projects and then lacquer over to protect the ink.

Feel free to tell me what you think!

Thanks! They had a lot of fun making them, the pictures don’t do them justice. I wish I had managed to get better photos of them.

I think “Mister Fancy Pants” (pic #4) would be great, especially if you could frame it with an outline of overall or something.
