I don't do woodworking for a living, I wish I did. I spend my days as a Network Administrator for a hospital, but when I get home I'm in the workshop. I've spent my whole life watching garage sales and estate sales trying to collect all the tools I would need for a nice woodshop. When I finally found a good used cabinet grade table saw I felt like I had finally made it. Now I'm 40 years old and I've got a pretty decent workshop. Projects take a while when you only have nights and weekends and not always that but as I manage to get through them I look forward to getting ideas from other members and getting feedback on my projects. I've seen every episode of New Yankee Workshop several times each. I've learned most all of my skills from Norm. Since I was a kid I've watched Norm faithfully. But I know are other ways and more to learn so I look forward to learning from this site and expanding my knowledge. I have always felt that woodworking people are usually good people. So who better to have as buddies?
