Small home, few skills, limited budget, bad back. Did I mention I am now completely addicted to hand tools in general, and Sandusky Tool Company in particular?

Atlanta in da’ house! Yo, Brandon W and I just started hitting the Woodworking Guild Meeting in Roswell if you want to come check it out one day. They have a library of DVD’s you can borrow for free that is worth the price of admission on its own.

Hey Mauricio, thanks for the heads up on the WWG out there. I’m joining now, but will miss the august meeting due to my brothers wedding in VA. I am also going to miss IWF 2012, which is about 10 minutes from my house. I hope to have forgiven him by next IWF. :)

I’ll catch you at the September meeting. Let me know if you ever plan to hit Highland Woodworking for a class, I’m 2.4 miles away and will use any excuse I can to go there.

Cool, see you in September, the “lectures” they give have been pretty good. A lot of folks with a ton of knowledge.

IWF? whats that? Do you have a link?

Highland is only a couple of miles from work, I go at lunch some times but I havent done any classes. Anything interesting coming up?

Hey Mauricio – IWF is International Woodworkers Fair 2012, right here in GA. A huge exhibition of all things old and new, hobbyist to commercial. I begged my brother to change the wedding date, or accept a stunt double as his best man – both requests were summarily dismissed. Bah!

Cant believe that, how selfish…

Hmm, so its hobbyist freindly too? It looked like it was all pro industry stuff. I may have to check it out.
