First grandchild arrived this year and I borrowed the plans from Woodsmith for an entry bench to deepen the box and include safety hinges on the lid. Built from Cherry and gel stained with a finish called Candelight. I wish I had the creativity the may LJ members show in their projects but being an engineer I seem to work better with a design than creating a design.
