I may seem like a newcomer to this trade... (being born only in February of 1987)... but believe me... I came out of my mother wearing a shop apron and wielding a piece of curly maple :)
I grew up accustomed to all types of construction and building trades, was always well to do with my hands and could tear apart and rebuild anything in a heartbeat.
I love any type of construction work... especially if it involved wood, but during high school I chose to become a woodworker, cabinetmaker, millwright, etc... you name it. I loved the precision involved, the care necessary to create such beautiful pieces. (Or maybe I was just tired of being a go-fer for my father who is a mason).
I love wood... I cannot lie... it is my passion, and will always be. It has "officially" been a part of my life since 2002 and will continue to be until... well... FOREVER!
-- Andrew, from the wonderfully wooded state of Pennsylvania
