Part 1: assembly and getting an idea of final end point

My ongoing dedicated mobile cart stands for machinery. Here is 75% completion of my drill press stand. Nearly same construction as my miter stand / air compressor stand with slight differences. I wanted a tall back for holding drill bits and forstner bits. Along the way, I thought it would be ideal to put my battery chargers and battery operated tools up top in 3” conduit sleeves to save space. Part 2: bottom drawer for part boxes installed

I picked up these drawer slides from a chiropractor’s examination station for $20. They had 2 slide out foot pedestals. Which means….4×300lb+ drawer slides for cheap :) This bottom drawer will be home to boxed units. Next drawer up will be for my part trays. I’m so glad to have a centralized home for all drill related activity in one station instead of here and there.
