getting there. fine tuned things even more.
as is, this will work perfectly.
but i want to put in 4” or 5” wheels. hinge them to the support leg, not the cross member. or bolt the casters right to the bottom of the support leg. might even do a full 2×4 for caster plate instead of the 1×4.
either way… this is fun :)
i’ll tinker and see.

i removed the lower vertical 1×4 that was pushing down on the castors. lowered the assembly 8”, hinged the castors to the side rails. works much smoother. i’ll fine tune this up even more on the weekend.
