Miter Saw / Air Compressor Station #1: carcass assembly and lining things up

I badly needed a long term proven miter saw station so I went with the most popular version. I did not want to go all plywood for the structure as things get bowed with the stress. I laminated some 2×4’s at the four corners and did a 3/4” dado for the plywood. This carcass is rock solid. I scavenged from my ‘ol fliptop jointer/planer table my two torsion box outfeed / infeed tables that I kept around just for this project. So I had space underneath that I had ideas here and there to fill. I went with my 12 gallon air compressor as it needed a home instead of rolling around on the floor. I bought a spring reel that I still have to get a couple connectors for. ...
