I have the table top off. I have sprayed the worm and raising gear with carb cleaner then a spray grease. I have raised and lowered it 15+ times. Powermatic 66 Won't start - 5 replies
I have a 5 HP single phase 220 Powermatic 66 that won’t start with the start button. However it will start when I take the cover off and press the blue button. As a first step I replaced the Capacitors. That gave me the capability to start it with the cover off. The start button actually depresses to the right of the blue button

Powermatic 66 won't run after storage - 19 replies
I have a Powermatic 66, 220V single phase 5 hp. It has been in storage 7 to 8 years. I plugged it in to a tested outlet and absolutely nothing happened when I hit the ON button. No hum, no buzz, no breaker shut off. Where do I start to check for the problem?

How to dry? - 4 replies
I have an oppurtunity to get some Eastern red cedar cut to 15”dia by 20” long. Can I resaw these into rectangles for storage purposes and let them dry in the large rectangles. I want to make bandsaw boxes when dry.
