Thanks to Charles first of all for the nice comment on a previous post.

Go easy on me as I’m a rookie when it comes to woodworking but do have a lot of experience in building.

Decided to go with cabinet boxes adjacent to the drawers. My whole objective was to hide/conceal the ducts. I didn’t want dc pipes taking up the little wall space that I’ll have. I’m not worried about ever having to get to the ducts. I have all joints sealed both in a/c sealant and foil tape. All ducts are securely attached to to studs behind the drawers/boxes.
Should I ever get a blockage, I’ll put a dryer vent brush in my cordless drill to clear it.

Next up is face frames/drawer fronts/doors.
When that’s done I plan on building large drawers on casters below the drawers/cabinets.

To the right of the mitre saw will eventually be a lathe. Above will be more lumber storage. Probably sheet goods scraps.
Any bare wood you see in any of the above pics will be covered in pine.
Thanks for looking.

Rookie or not, Hermit, that’s a nice looking setup. Great work.
