Hello fellow Philadelphia area lumberjocks. I would like to invite you to join some fellow woodworkers at the next meeting of the Montgomery County Woodworkers Guild (MCWWG). We will be meeting on Tuesday, Feb 2, 2010, from 7pm – 9pm at the Philadelphia Furniture Workshop.
On the schedule for this meeting one of the members will demo his box joint making jig and we will have the usual show and tell. So stop by and meet some fellow woodworkers, see a great shop and maybe have a good time.
Activities in the works for the guild are a guided tour of Nakashima’s shop (in May?), a trip to Wharton Esherick home and shop, plus inviting some professional’s to give demo’s at the meetings.

About me…I am the VP of the guild and a proud member of LJs for about a year. I post the occasional project and really enjoy seeing all the projects by my fellow craftsman.
