We receive our water to that tank either delivered or from house gutters and then pump it into the house through filters. The black tank will be moved and pineapples and banana trees planted there. Yes that is all lava rock with some cinder added (the red stuff)

I make 2 large boxes( plus finished up 14 small bandsaw boxes…still drying from the last coat of poly). Here are the two larger boxes and the tall 3 drawer is one of the small boxes. The large one’s are approx. 13” long X 5” tall X 4” thick…the small one is 5” tall X 2” wide X 2” deep. These three are made from Koa and have about 5 coats of MinWax Fast Drying Poly on them. As you can see, Koa does come in many different designs…which is something I really like. Hope you like them

I have really enjoyed making the larger boxes and had a store owner asked if I could make them smaller….wasn’t sure how they would turn out, but they seem to like them. I can go smaller, but will have to use a 1/8” blade instead of the 3/16” I think…the curves will be easier that way. These were made from Koa and have 5 coats of brush on lacquer.

A Gallery I sell to asked if I could make smaller boxes. They sell allot of small regular boxes and thought these might go over with the customers as well. I just reduced the pattern size on other large boxes I have made and gave them a try. Found out they were pretty easy to cut…just have to watch where your fingers are located. The first one is a shell design made from Avacado, the others are made from Koa…the last two had not had a finish , shows you what raw and finished Koa look like.
