well, i’m making some upper cabinets for mother in law, and staying cheep using left over plywood for the doors. i was goin shaker style for the doors but using 3/4 luan for rails and stiles. probably 3 in wide. but was wondering if i use 1/2 in ply for the panels. would rabbeting the 3/4 frames for the 1/2 in be too much? if they were for...

Filling some gaps in miters? - 7 replies

Need some help on sloppiness! What’s the best way to fill the cracks on a not so perfect miter? Bosch 1617 fixed base - 6 replies

Got an annoying problem. I got the Bosch 1617 combo and use the fixed base under my table. It’s a real pain to use the fine depth adjustment. For both above and below is the same, a pain. Hey there fellas! Was wondering if anyone uses layout software? Seems it would save alot of time and wood. I usually stare at a sheet for a while tryin to find the least amount of cut off. Hello fellas! I got a 12 in crftsmn scms that wobbles a little much. Thought it was the crap blade it came with so swapped it with a Forrest chopmaster.
