Fellow Lumberjocks,

I know this is completely and totally off topic of woodworking of any form, although my Son Damian will be doing some woodworking to receive his Handyman Patch.

But besides this, I’d like to share a Link to my Sons Popcorn Sales for his Fundraiser, I’m sure as you all know, or may not know, Popcorn is the ONLY Fundraiser the scouts do to provide money for their Troop.

The money goes for Patches, Events, Outtings and helps other scouts that need money to purchase these things for low income families that wish to get their children into scouts.

So any or all help would be appreciated in helping the scouts. If you wish to help my Son and Scouts click here and goto his Page and check out what kind of popcorn they have to offer.

I just bought some from a scout in my 2nd grade class. Some kind of chocolate, caramel variety.! Any kids organizational sale is a good cause if it is for the kids. Good luck to him.

-- Robert, so much inspiration here, and now time to work!!!

Robert, Even if it’s not from my Troop, any cubscouts sales or fundraisers are a great thing, I think it helps all of our kids in self accomplishments with badges and independance. Learning the old ways as they are not tought nowadays in school. It helps with finding their way in an old school way instead of the modern way. Some of us don’t know the old ways if it comes to it to survive without electronics and all. I think it’s great that these kids are earning badges and gaining knowledge about the old ways to help them in a “Just In Case” Situation.

Thanks for supporting our Scouts!
