Was lucky that previous owner was a woodworker. He had a separate garage built of around 400 square feet. Sort of odd that he only had one outlet so I ran power from our house to a sub-box and put 100/220 through out the garage. My 4 year old daughter is handy with her hammer. She is faster than her 9 year old brother and his friend.

Hallmark, you have a nice shop and it does appear to be well organized. Having a stand alone shop is the way to go. I usually get yelled at if I start up my planer before my wife is out of bed. Another bonus that you have in your shop is windows. I find that working under natural light is preferable to fluorescent lighting. And it is great to see you getting the kids into the shop. It sure beats sitting in front of a television playing video games.
Thanks for the pictures. I enjoyed visiting your shop.

Love this shop man, it reminds me of mine! I think mine is only 280 sq ft. Tight spot but look what you can do with it!
Have your say...
