Wow…looks like you have studied in the school of Escher! It’s a well formed optical illusion! Good try for a first go. The important thing is you have to just keep using it. The more you play with it the more you will understand the tools and how to use them. Don’t get frustrated and give up..hang in there…go on-line and watch DaveR’s tutorials….that will accelerate your learning curve. Keep plugging away!

I’ve seen some other M.C. Escher works done in sketchUp. They look really good until you orbit. Actually a couple of years ago a fellow sent me the SKP file for a clock he was trying to draw. He couldn’t get faces to fill and wanted to know why. I opened the model and of course immeditately orbited. As soon as I did the model “exploded” into a mess of unconnected lines. Made me think of Escher. :-D
