I'm a lifelong woodworker (hobbyist, not professional). Some of my earliest memories are of sitting on the floor in my father's shop banging on scrap wood while he worked.
In addition to woodworking, my hobbies include machine shop metalworking, electronics, baking, sewing, and sailing. I seem to enjoy doing most anything that results in having made something of utility and beauty.
