What to say? What to tell. I am married, with five children, and seven grandchildren (so far). I am trying to make a successful business working with wood. It is daunting at times, but I much prefer being self employed and working from my home, than being back in the corporate world. I have a nicely equipped shop, with two CNCs now, and hoping to get a laser engraver someday too. I have built boats, piers, bulkheads, houses, buildings, and done a lot of refurbishing. I was a Boiler Tech in the Navy for four years, then a Seabee for 6 more years. I worked as a Controls Engineer for about 23 years, then slacked off working as a technician for a corporation. It was truly a Dilbert type of life. Wally is my hero.

For some reason I rarely get any emails from LumberJocks in the last year or more. The filter and blocking list are not the problem. I was also looking for a means to post some more projects but cannot see a way to do so. I will keep looking.
