Folks if anyone is interested in submitting to “Enlighten Me” our call for an online show Marie & I are curating. The show is hosted by Crafthaus.com
There is no fee to submit.
We started to curate online shows because we think it is important to show general public good quality work designed and made by artists & woodworkers. All shows are highlighted for one month & then move to “Past Online Exhibits” where it will remain permanently.
I like to exhibit in gallery & museum shows but an online exhibit has the ability to reach a wider audience.
Marie emails a confirmation that we received submission.
Our schedule:
Submission deadline: Jan 5, 2013, 9:00 AM, EST Marie & I jury together. It does take her time to balance a show, so please send images by due date.
We will notify everyone who submitted by email Jan 9,2013
Several days before opening Marie will email an invitation to all those participating to preview show.
Exhibit opens at Crafthaus Feb 5, 2013
If you have any questions please drop me a note. If you need help resizing images, not a problem Marie will do that.

I want to add that I think it is so important for people to see work designed and made by someone. I can’t tell you how many shows I have been in & asked where is my factory. Some people are surprised to hear that I am the designer & maker, that I am the only person in my shop making the sawdust.
So I hope you all will submit, we try to make the process as painless as possible.
