During my travels I am always looking for wood. On a recent trip to California I went to a place I have been once before since I was in the neighborhood. They went out of business though. A guy at the new business told me about a place about 10 miles away.
They also have more Laminates here than I’ve ever seen in my life! Hundreds of them. See the video!
I was really a pleasant surprise. They even have a pretty good website with a pricelist.
While you’re shopping, just make sure that you are not bothered by fighter jets flying over. It happened about 5-6 time while I was there.
If you are in the area it’s worth checking out.
Here is a quick video I took while I was there.

Hey, I work just down the street from there! Behind the big pyramid. I also used to work on the birds you heard flying overhead while you were there. TH&H is also a good place too.

hey Harvey, if those fighter jets are from Mirimar, I used to be stationed there, back when it was a NAS, trained in VF 121, on the F4’s, then went to VF 161, on to the Coral Sea, to the Tonkin Gulf, ( Viet Nam) had some good times there.

And …. while you’re in that area …. eat at Roberto’s. GREAT Mexican food !
I took some computer courses BEHIND the big pyramid. Lived half my life Insane Diego.
Hardwood can be a real bear to take back with you, from vacation …. unless you’re driving, of course ;-)

I guess I missed the Pyramid when I was there. But then I was using a GPS and was looking at it.
Maveric777 – Tropical exotic Hardwoods is another place to visit while you are there. It’s my favorite store.

Those prices are scary. No wonder there are no customers in the video.
With prices like those, I don’t know how anyone can really enjoy woodworking when you know one mistake and you are literally burning through money.

Steven H – Read it again.
A guy working at the new place that is in the same building that is now selling flooring told me about it.
