I like it! Would a 1/8” pin work with a 1/8” straight bit for finer lines?

I’m thinking that as long as the pin and bit are the same size, this should work.

Absolutely! You would need a 1/8” collet reducer so that you could align the 1/8” pin w/ the collet.

Great jig, very simple to make and you can design as many different cut designs as you need and even have them on the same piece of wood

A VERY good video and now I know what a pin router is used for! I strolled a bit through your web site and it looks like a ton of information is there. Thank you for making so much available and you present the material very well. The monster horizontal mortiser is just behind my lathe project I think!
