I got a chuckle out of that sanding face, too. Overall it was great video; an excellent example for those hoping to make woodworking videos. I’m curious about the soy sauce recess and how well the food-safe finish you used would repel the sauce from leaving a stain.

Now I’m hongry for some sushi.
