My background is cabinetry/furniture making, graduated with high honors from technical college. I worked in a custom furniture/woodworking shop until 2005 when I became a full time Stay At Home Dad when our oldest of three daughters started school. I've had a woodturning shop at home ever since. A couple of the biggest honors I've had professionally were having one of my pieces from an Urn Exhibit in the national woodturning magazine, American Woodturner Spring Issue 2009 as well as being invited to be one of three featured Demonstrators/Instructors for a regional woodturning symposium, North Dakota Woodturner's Hands On Symposium '09. My woodworking interests have expanded to carving. I enjoy teaching and sharing my interests in woodworking.
