Well, I have been out of the loop for awhile. Once summer ended, my wife and I decided it was finally time to move. We were in a great situation in that we have been renting for a number of years, and with the current real estate market we got a great 5 bedroom, 3 bath house with a full basement on a short sale.
So, for those who have looked at my profile and my shop, to say it was a little crowded was an understatement. The shop was ok, until my grandfather passed away. He had a six car garage with nothing but woodshop, and my dad and I inherited a good majority of it.
So, fast forward to the new house. It took two days of lifting and moving all the machinery and tools. The good thing was that the back of the basement already had double doors installed. So here are the pics of most of the machines and boxes moved.
And, here is a pic after I got most of the machines on the walls.
I am currently working on putting up the rest of the shop lights, setting up a temporary work table in the middle of the room…I got an executuve desk top on craigslist for free a couple weeks ago, and just getting organized again. I also have a few walls I need to sheetrock and put up one wall to separate the rest of the basement.
I will keep you posted as I progress.

Beautiful looking house, and a great looking start to your shop.
